Returns Policy

We truly hope that you are happy with your purchase of Horse Guard.  If however, for any reason the product isn’t suitable, you have peace of mind that you may return the device back within 28 days of purchase.   Please make us aware within 7 working days after receiving the device that you wish to return it.  The cost of postage will be paid by theperson who purchased it.  We kindly request that the courier you chose provides a tracking service for ease of return.

The returned device must be in its original condition and packaging.  If there is any noticeable damage the full refund may not be permitted.

Requirements for posting the device back:- 

. Kindly package the device securely.

. Please enclose a notification with the package providing your name, address and  

contact number together with an email address.  Plus the order number.                                

.  The reason for the return.

.  A good idea is to keep proof of your postage details for tracking.

Upon receipt of the returned device we will inspect its condition and if it is in perfect condition a refund will be issued.  The refund will be sent to the original route of payment and an email confirming the reimbursement.  The payment will be done within 5 working days from the day of receipt.  

If however, the device arrives damaged we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge, which will be no more than 40% of the price of the goods from your refund.  The reason for the deduction is that we will unfortunately, not be able to resell the device if its damaged.

If the device was sent to a third party andi is unable to be returned to us for whatever reason we will not be able to complete a refund to you. 

Quality Control / Exchange / Refund  

We do not expect any defects of the device, but if however, you identify that there are, please kindly notify us within 7 working days, from date of delivery to you. Please explain clearly the defect and if visible a photo would be extremely helpful.  Contact email horseguardsafety@outlook.com or mobile 07729455646.

Please kindly send the device to the address below within 28 days.  Upon receipt of the device a thorough examination will take place to ensure that the defect is a fault on the manufacturing and not a fault caused by yourself.  

Once we are satisfied that it is a defect of the device, a full refund plus postage will be sent to the original route of payment and an email confirming the reimbursement.  This will be done within 5 working days fromr eceipt of the device.

If you would instead like an exchange for a new device we will forward one out to you once we have examined the returned device.  No refund will take place except for postage costs and a new device will be sent within 5 working days to your original address.

When returning the device please enclose withit the following :

If you change your mind once you have received the Horse Guard device and wish to return it,  please kindly read the following : 

You have 14 days to advice us that you wish to return the item, and a further 14 days to send the Horse Guard device back to us.  The address is given belo

Buyers may be liable for loss in value of the item, if it's returned in a different condition from which it was received.  Or if the item is not packaged securely to prevent damage during delivery.  In the event that an item is returned used or damaged, the seller might deduct the amount of loss from the buyer’s refund. 

This applies when the loss in value is due to handling of the goods, which was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, or mode of operation.

Items that are returned after inspection, will be sent back to the buyer and a refund will not be issued, if the item is returned in a different condition from which it was received.

General return requirements

Same or unaltered condition (not an exhaustive list): 

.  Unused, unaltered with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or   

    how it was received.                                       

.  All parts must be intact.

.  Should be returned with original product packaging boxes UPC’s bags or any items used to             

    wrap and protect the item.

.  Must include all items that werei ncluded in the original package such as cords, cables,

    remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items.                  

.   Items must have original tags, labels and/ or any accompanying materials that

    were originally included.

 

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

.  Parts must be previously installed
